How To Create a Calendar Appointment

For customers who have the Calendar Module, you can use your office or personal calendar to arrange a visit and generate an invitation to your visitor.

First, you need to be a member of Staff within your organisations Visipoint Portal.

Create an appointment in the appropriate calendar, invite your visitor and include your Visipoint Calender Module Email address. Your visitor will receive an email confirming the appointment for their calendar, and then another email will follow containing the appropriate details for their visit. If they’re a pre-existing Visitor within your Visipoint Portal, they’ll receive an automated barcode granting access based upon their previous visits.

Upon signing in, Hosts will be notified.
