  1. Select ‘Visitors’ on the left-hand menu.
  2. Click ‘Add new visitor’.
  3. Fill out the visitor’s details and hit ‘Save changes’. You’ll be taken back to the visitor’s list, where the new visitor you have added will appear. You’ll also see a confirmation message in green at the top of the screen to confirm they’ve been successfully added.

As an admin you can then pre-register the visit, booking the visitor into the VisiPoint calendar in advance by following these instructions.
