- Select ‘Visitors’ on the left-hand menu.
- Click ‘Add new visitor’.
- Fill out the visitors details and hit ‘Save changes’. You’ll be taken back to the visitors list, where the new visitor you have added will appear. You’ll also see a confirmation message in green at the top of the screen to confirm they’ve been successfully added.
As an admin you can then pre-register the visit, booking the visitor into the VisiPoint calendar in advance by following these instructions.
